Personal data refers to any data that can be used to identify a natural person, alone or in combination with other data. When you use our websites, products or services, or interact with us (for example, when you create a BOOSTROAS account or contact us for support), you provide such data to us directly. We may also obtain data by recording how you interact with our websites, products or services. For example, we may use technologies such as cookies or receive user data from software running on your device. You may need to provide your personal data before using BOOSTROAS products or services. In some cases, you may choose not to disclose your personal data to BOOSTROAS. We collect this data to understand how users use our websites, products and services, to improve our services and to better meet your needs. BOOSTROAS may collect, use, process, transfer or disclose NPII at its discretion for other purposes.
We will attempt to separate your personal data from NPII and ensure that the two data types are used separately. When personal data is combined with NPII, it will still be considered personal data during processing.

Data retention periods may vary depending on the scenario, product and service. The standards BOOSTROAS uses to determine retention periods include: the time personal data must be retained to fulfill business purposes, including providing products and services; maintaining relevant transaction and business records; monitoring and improving the performance and quality of products and services; ensuring the security of systems, products and services; addressing possible user questions or complaints and identifying issues; whether the user has consented to a longer retention period; and whether laws, contracts and other equivalents have specific requirements regarding data retention. We will retain your registration information as long as your account is necessary for service provision. You may choose to delete your account. After you delete your account, we will stop providing you with products and services through your account and will delete your relevant personal data unless otherwise specified by specific legal requirements.

These measures may include signing standard contract clauses approved by the EU Commission when transferring personal data of a data subject from the EU to a country or region recognized by the EU Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection, ensuring the data subject's consent to cross-border data transfer, or implementing security measures such as anonymizing personal data prior to cross-border data transfer.
